For sure call gyn and gastro, heat always helps ease my symptoms like that a touch. Midol and gas x may be able to alleviate some as well. Everyone recommends pelvic floor therapy to me- I have yet to feel ready to try it but it may help you!

Ok thank you! And im having a lot of random pain in my intestines. Usually a lot of stabbing, aching, and dull pains. I havent been able to find what the exact trigger is yet. I also feel like its been harder to have bowel movements (but that could be because of pelvic floor problems)

My advice would be to follow up with Gynecology, you may have a return of endo, or adhesions. My first surgery helped tons, then all of a sudden I needed another surgery, turns out I just had a belly full of adhesions 🤷🏻‍♀️. In the mean time log everything. When and what you eat and drink, how much. When you have bowel movements. Stress, sleep, pain, any symptoms. It’ll make it so much easier if you need to see gastro later on! Not to be super nosey but what kind of GI issues are they?

My endometriosis mainly I had surgery for it in 2020 and it got a lot better, but ever since then ive been having GI problems. Im not sure if the GI problems are from the endometriosis coming back or something else
