      Find a physical therapist that specializes in pelvic floor health. I didn't see one until after my hysterectomy and wished I would have seen one sooner.

      There is no cure or accepted treatments for endo besides pain management but it goes away after menopause so... 🤔

      I was offered two pill choices but I can't go on them since I am trying to get pregnant

        @kikki i am also trying to get pregnant but I’ve been in what feels like a constant flare up since having appendicitis last summer ☹️ all the doctor has been able to do for me is naproxen and she doesn’t want to do any surgeries since we have been trying to conceive. Best of luck!

      ❤️ I have had bad pain with endometriosis too. I have had two diagnostic laparoscopies which provided relief without removing any sexual organs. Since you are trying to conceive I wouldn't suggest Lupron, which puts you in a menopausal state. It could be an option for after you are done having children.🤗💕 See you OBGYN and be very specific with your needs. Advocate for yourself or bring a person you love for more support.

        @Pikachuuuuuuu thank you!! I finally found an OBGYN that I like and who seems to listen to me but she is hesitant to do surgeries and Is close to impossible to schedule with - I dread starting the search again but access to the doctor has definitely been a problem
