I bought some cheap gloves and cut off some of the fingers to allow for touch screen but left the thumb and pointer to cover my fingers so I can’t pull. It also acts as a reminder cause you can see and feel the glove on your hand.

I’ve taken up embroidery when I watch Tv so that’s been helping. Keeping my nails very short also helps a little bit. I took medication for it for awhile but didn’t see any changes

I always try to do something with my hands. You could always try putting clear eyebrow mascara and see if the texture bothers you

Depends on the kind of person you are. If you’re a very aesthetic person (or don’t like messy fingers) you could try wearing eyebrow gel as that will both fill them in and make them look fuller but also deter you from pulling because you’ll have to dig through the gel. Same for things like face masks. If you’re more the type that needs busy hands, try fidget toys. Things like sensory rings, calm strips, picking rocks, etc.
