I struggle with picking my hair, eyebrow, and eyelashes. Any ideas?! Thank you!!

I got trichotillomania specific fidget toys! They help simulate the feeling of pulling hair. Also “delay and distract” - when I feel the urge or notice myself starting to pull hair I make myself try doing an activity (ie coloring) for 15 mins and usually the urge is gone by then but if not I do 15 mins intervals until the urge fades away

One thing that I’ve found that really helps me is getting rid of my tweezers, dimming the light in my bathroom, and giving myself time limits when I am in there.
