    I'm not too good with exercise myself, but if you any kind of electronic game console, Just Dance is a really fun way to exercise. Sometimes, I just see how much push ups or sit ups I can do, and challenge myself to beat my record the next day. That's how I'm going to be starting to exercise again, but different things work for different people. 😊

    as a former boxer id say start with running. Running helped me build up strength to have more controlled breaths and endurance, which later helped me with weight training
