There's many kinds of excersise even for elderly and injured people. What is physical therapy... a series of excersises. There are excersises made for everyone. Just start easy and slowly work yourself up. And super improvise if needed. Squats for instance I just couldn't. It's painful on my knees and just was too hard. I got a smaller rubber throw ball and put it behind my back against a wall. Position my feet just right and did my squats against the wall. Now I can do squats and it doesn't hurt that much

Hey, I do yoga 3 times a week. Gentle slow moving. It helps me with my balance and I can feel my muscles tight better

Indeed I've used Samsung Health that has a nice pick and reminders. Just make realalistic adjustments until you begin to form new habits. And don't be too hard on yourself. I would consider "Fastic" an app as well and try intermittent fasting. I lost 20lbs my first month but also unrealistically was excersising crazily. Cut back and lost 10 my next month. With any diet and change though be aware of platos and switching up your diet and routine to keep your body on its toes ... Good luck on your journey.

I used to be so active when I was younger, I'm still fairly active....but I usually have to be doing something ... Nature walks, small hikes, basketball, volleyball.... I enjoy being active when there's a purpose

well that makes sense your brain probably just needs the enrichment of an actual activity to want to do something. I usually prefer to exercise when I'm anxious or frustrated and my brain needs less activity or having something else be apart of my workout.

Thanks. I never thought about trying senior / toddler exercises..starting out small is a good idea... Continuing day after day is the hardest part

Try starting/supplementing in easier stuff to build up tolerance and routine and when you're too tired for more energetic exercises. Typically the best exercises to do when you have some form of disability preventing you from exercising are the ones targeting seniors and/or toddlers especially when you're first starting.
