Doing stretches/yoga before exercise so it feels more comfortable than having to jump to exercise cuz its a goal, take baby steps and you'll get the hang of it. I have anxiety myself and its difficult for me to get out so this is what I do before I'm thinking about any exercise. Better to go slow and not strain yourself yknow

I've found some success by making exercise my first activity of the day. I get out of bed and go directly to my stationary bike before I have time to think otherwise

Find an exercise that makes you happy (at least a little). I will do the elliptical while watching whatever show I am currently on. It allows me to workout, but helps distract my mind a bit. I also like to do dance or barre classes because it helps me to move my body more and tends to make me feel better afterward
