Hi! I just had a laparoscopic procedure on Monday and was diagnosed with Endometriosis, had scarring removed, and also uterine fibroids removed. Does anyone have any advice on how to navigate or tips on dealing with endometriosis? Thanks in advance:)

As far as surgery recovery goes, if you're having ANY pain, go to your local ER. Whether the pain is because you ran out of pain meds or because you're having a complication, the ER can help with the pain and make sure you're not in an immediately life-threatening situation. In general, the best non-prescription medication in my experience has been lidocaine patches and a heating pad. Lidocaine patches work well on their own, but combining it with a heating pad helps with my pain enough that I can and will fall asleep with everything on
