Managing Anxiety Before Endometriosis Surgery
I'm having laproscopic surgery to see for sure that i have endometriosis in jan on the 5th what are some ways to keep the anxiety about it down?

Get a heating pad and make sure you can get some decent rest after. Your shoulders will hurt after for a bit, due to the gas they pump into you to see into your abdomen, so if you have someone who can give you a massage ask early. Good luck!
