They're probably going to ask you questions and based on your answers they add up the points and determine if you meet criteria for any diagnosis. They may use a paper form that you can sit and answer, or they may ask you out loud. Please try to answer honestly as it will only help you. Sometimes they will go further and ask questions that are not on the form. If you are diagnosed with anything, they will talk to you about therapy and medication. Both have been very helpful for me.
