New Diagnosis Overwhelms Me
Just got my updated ADHD assessment back and it came with a bunch of other things. I now have a formal diagnosis for adhd, ptsd, bipolar, eating disorder, anxiety and depression. While I was aware this would be how it went, it is a little overwhelming.

I’m about to get one of these done. They’re saying i have ASD in addition to everything else. I’m actually hoping it comes back positive bc it would explain soooooooo much. I also have severe bipolar 1 if you wanna chat about that my inbox is open 💜

I would recommend the good all post diagnosis cry. The reality is the diagnosis’s open up treatment options and self awareness/path to acceptance, but it can be a lot at first.
