Nervous about ADHD/ADD testing, any tips?

I'm going to be getting ADHD/ADD testing in a couple weeks, and I'm a bit nervous about it. I feel like I probably have ADD, but I don't know if I'll be able to communicate effectively enough with whoever is doing the evaluation due to my anxiety. Anyone have tips, or similar experiences they could share?

Just breathe. Bring a favorite book. Or do something you love to relax before your appointment. Definitely take your meds. Hope all goes well.

I got mine first time at age 34, nothing to worry about. Honestly finding out I have it didn't matter, I've already learned to live with it with out meds...
