Need advice on diabetes medication

I’ve completely changed my diet after watching that video from Dr Barnard. I eat complex carbs, quinoa, brown rice, lentils - a completely plant based diet and I no longer have to take insulin every day! It really works!!!!

Metformin and limiting carbs, A1C test twice yearly, 6.2 for years now

My dr put me on farxigma.

I take ozempic and Toujeo along with Steglarto

I just watched a discussion from Dr. Barnard, you can find it on YouTube, about how a plant based diet can reverse diabetes. It’s titled Food and it’s affect on hormones, I believe. You should check it out.

I also use a continuous glucose monitor that helps me see how food directly effects my blood sugar levels

I use metforman and victoza

I also take Metformin. 1000 mg twice a day. Sometimes my glucose goes too low and I feel awful.

Without insurance these meds are expensive. My insurance is very good.

I normally take Metformin but have no insurance or doctor so I'm not taking anything. Can't afford anything.
