I just started measuring my sugar levels as well and notice really high numbers in the middle of the night. I don't know how what predicts that. And almost seems like it's based on the time of day rather than the things I eat. But the really helpful thing is being able to figure out what different levels of glucose mean to the way I feel. I'll often reach for something sweet when I'm tired and I'll often reach for some protein when I get that kind of spaciness. Wish I knew how the blood sugars were affected by things. I've had better luck making sure to eat whole wheat. So far that's the only thing I've learned helps my sugar levels.

I've been on metformin for about 10 years now. It helps some but I feel alone it doesn't do much for me. I take jardiance and Victoza.

I noticed my sugars are high when I drink a regular soda...big no no in our condition.

I have started measuring my blood sugar and it's surprising the numbers I'm getting on a wearable app. I have started taking Ozempic. Surprised at how much better I'm feeling.
