✋I wrote my note no plan though...I failed 4 times...just felt releasing to write it all out balling my eyes out...I know I will fail again so not even on the table...get it all out...but don't actually carry through with any of it...now once it's wrote reread it...give yourself a hug 🤗 try and tell yourself you are justified in your feelings...let's find a different less permanent solution...things you can change? Steps? Things you can't change? How can you better accept these things? I'm right here with you...I keep rereading it and correcting the things I said with above corrections and it's helping I think 🤔 hope it helps and if you need an outsiders view cuz you can't see what you can change maybe I can read it and help

I try to stay busy but inevitably I have breakdowns. I’ve found it helpful to see it sort of like waiting for a storm to pass. Sometimes nothing is going to alleviate the pain in the moment. So I sit tight and cling to the fact that the physiological storm will pass and I will be okay and I will do it again and be okay again and so in.

My animals and my family really help when i start feeling like this. They remind me that i am love and needed. And even being able to talk to others who have a better understanding of what im going through helps me. I find im harder on myself when i isolate myself, and being able to know that there people out there who have my backand validate that what im feeling is normal and only temporary helps. Even in the cloudy days, the sun still shines.
Thank you all so much! It so hard to shake it sometimes this being one of those times. I really appreciate the kind words ❤️

It's so so hard but try to focus on the good. Find one positive thing to be thankful for each day.
I suffer from anxiety and depression and am on social security disability.
@Cancer I was actually just denied twice which helped lead me here 😔
@K.C I was denied 2 times as well. Then I got it on the 3rd time
I know the feeling. I feel so guilty to my daughter because I struggle this way and others. Everyday I just try to wake up hoping and trying to convince myself that it’s a brand new day and I have the power to make it what I want. I don’t usually succeed but I’m practicing cognitive thinking. Our brains are tricky I also have fibromyalgia ( fibromyalgia is when your brain sends pain signals to different areas of the body from emotional trauma) from depression, anxiety and ptsd. We have to convince outsells and believe with every atom to change. Not an easy task
