      All the time. It’s a big issue for me. Haven’t found a good alternative sensory wise yet

      I peel the skin off my lips a lot when overstimulated, I'm learning different hand movements to sort of replace this (e.g clicking fingers or rubbing my hands together) : )

      I not only do the skin on my hands, but I also bite the insides of my cheeks... I do occasionally bite at my shirts

        @mx.mistoffolees idk if mine is but I’m starting to think so, I’m a late (recent) diagnosis so I’m starting to see more things that I do that could be related
