Does anyone else deal with chronic pain? I have had years upon years of back pain and muscle pain throughout my body and there’s no medical explanation for it. Chiropractor says I’m fine and I always pass my annual check up. How do you manage the pain?

Icy hot for the back or tiger balm for aches and pains is wonderful though read instructions to be safe on amount of use or if you can use it after a hot shower. Epsom salt baths. Easy heat pack aka rice in a sock. 99cent store blue ice to freeze for freeze pack with a towel. Chiropractor visit and then massage immediately after cured my migranes.

Yes, I have fibromyalgia and hEDS. HEDS is actually a common comorbidity with autism. CBD oil/cream for muscle pain. Epsom salt baths (even just a foot bath) can help. Heating pad/ice packs. Massages and stretching.
