Need Chronic Pain Tips

What are some of your chronic pain tips? I’m having a lot of pain and I can’t get rid of any of it. I was hoping you all would give me some suggestions.

I try to do a low impact excercise as I can -I go once a week to Pilates class. I feel it helped me a bit to lower the pain level. Another thing is that I always carry Advil with me😅

When I'm at work I'm on my feet all day so when I have a day off I spend them mostly in bed trying to play catch up on sleep

I figured that my pain is worst after a long time without movement (like in the morning or after laying on the couch). I work from home with my laptop, so every few hours I just start moving and stretching, and it really reduces my pain

Maybe try massage therapy, cupping is very helpful. I use THC lotion for immediate pain management. Icy hot patches are a life saver for me too.

Thanks for the advice. May try the last two. I can’t go to a chiropractor because I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, so I’m really fragile. They are afraid to touch me. Thank you again

For me 2 things helped, lowering my inflammation and going to a chiropractor. Inflammation I did by taking homeopathic anti Inflammatory and changing my diet, you can add tumeric too. The chiropractor helps me stay aligned.
