      Naps. Working from home so I’ve been able to do that but once I get back to the office I’m going to have to figure out something else. It’s actually just time to rest not sleep necessarily.

      I try to cut out as much added sugar as I can without being too strict. I also try to rest as much as I can.

      Honestly I’m kind of in the same boat. I just take every day as it comes and try to remember that I can’t do as much as other people, and pace myself.
