How are you managing your symptoms? I'm avoiding gluten and processed foods, and I've cut down on alcohol. I pace myself as much as my job will allow and get as much sleep as I can. I take vitamins and drink electrolyte water. But I still crash every other week, and I can't do even light exercise regularly. I feel like I'm doing all I can, but my body still feels so threadbare, like I'm just barely hanging on.

Diet is really helpful for me. I’m Whole Food Plant Based and follow Dr Brooke Goldner’s hyper nourishing program (available for free- google her). It sounds like you’ve already taken steps to help yourself. That’s great!

Some people manage their symptoms by listening to their body, resting as much as possible, staying hydrated, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Others find relief through gentle stretching, meditation, or working from home to accommodate their needs. It's important to remember that everyone's experience is different, and finding what works best for you may take time and experimentation.
