      Keeping as much as possible some kind of routine. Eating regularly and falling a sleep in the same hours every day.

      Going to a holistic doctor that focuses on gut health has helped my symptoms tremendously. I never thought that I had any stomach issues, but the doctor did a food sensitivity panel and there were so many things that I was putting in my body on a daily basis that I didn’t know would cause issues. Hope this helps.
