      switching from static to dynamic stretching honestly changed my daily spoon count so significantly. It was explained to me that static stretching improves comfortable range but reduces tone, and since eds joints cant support themselves much anyway, increasing range while building tone can reduce overall strain on joints. Stretches that engage the muscle you're stretching (like holding out a small weight in line with your shoulder or waist while stretching your neck) have helped reduce joint pain sooo much for me.
