Fibro Fog and Fatigue: How Does It Affect You?

I’d have to agree with the other comments, it’s pretty frequent for me. Sometimes it makes me feel like I’m going crazy because I can’t remember the most simple things. I went to the neurologist because it felt that it was becoming more frequent, so we’ll see what he says 🤷🏻

My fibro comes with chronic fatigue, and they can both initiate some really gnarly brain fog. To me, it feels like trying to sort things into color categories, but everything is black and white; chances are that most things are going to be wrong. It takes me a while to parse out anything that needs more than muscle memory, and can take a toll on my auditory processing abilities as well.

To me it feels like the beginning of the flu but the head cold type symptoms just never come. Like I feel sick even though I'm not "sick".
