I have both mild apnea with insomnia as well as a condition called Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. I finally had to go on medication for excessive daytime drowsiness and fatigue.

I have to write everything down! Literally every little meeting or anything I need to do. I’m a student so I use google calendar and have different colors for exams, assignments, class, meetings, etc. I also write impressive to do lists haha. It’s still hard to get work done but at least I know what it is I need to do in the first place!
