brain fog is natural with fibromyalgia meds. It can be made worse with hormones. Also, your fibromyalgia symptoms can get worse with the hormones. I know I had issues with brain fog after my hysterectomy. Keep going and take the time to take care of yourself .

Brain fog is a common symptom of many autoimmune illnesses. I have it. It can be frustrating and embarrassing at times. Just try to relax. Tell yourself it is a symptom of your illness and keep going.

Oh heck yeah!! And my meds make it worse!! What’s scary for me is that dementia runs in both sides of my family, so I do a lot of puzzles and read a lot to keep my brain working. I also try to exercise and get fresh air, eat as best I can and I limit alcohol and other toxic substances. Why take the chance on giving my body what it doesn’t need? Hopefully your family & friends understand it’s just your condition, not YOU.
