Understanding Brain Fog: Can Someone Explain It Better?

Yeah that happens to me too! Extreme fatigue and pain or both can lead to brain fog for me

regarding your comment op maybe brain fog is a symptom for you bc for me brain fog is when i just can’t focus on anything but it’s not, for lack of a better term, in a “manic” sense but more “i literally can’t do anything productive right now”, i often get it with the flu where i just can’t focus on anything in more of a drowsy sense

Peashooter I feel that way when I am SUPER tired. Anniston that sounds like my ADHD symptoms, how would I know if it's actually not even ADHD and it's just brain fog?

For me, I can’t seem to focus on anything, and my mind is all over the place. Sometimes I’ll know exactly what i need to be doing at the moment, and then sometimes i’ll just blank and not know what to do. It can be different for everyone!

For me at least I get super loopy and tend to forget things that I do. I can’t focus on anything at all and everything feels and seems super blurry. It can come out of the blue as well!
