i don't know you or your medical history so i don't want to say i have surefire solutions, but here are some that work for my dizziness when my depression- and insomnia-induced fatigue flares: - hydrate, a little more frequently than usual. water isn't a cure, but dehydration really doesn't help my case. - being intentional and mindful about deeper breaths. my breathing is incredibly shallow by nature, so being a bit more intentional about deeper breaths and bigger breath cycles has helped my muscles relax. - self neck massages. massaging the back of my own neck (and shoulders, even,) helps relieve stress piling on my upper body. - sunglasses, actually. i live in a sunny climate, and curbing the amount of bright sunlight my eyes have to take seems to help. i hope you don't feel too dizzy tomorrow :(
@SourLemons thank you for the advice! i am always trying to drink as much water as possible but i haven’t heard of the self-massaging before! thanks! ❤️
