Dealing with Long Covid Symptoms: What Works?

@PickledBrain ivm made me faint the first time I took it… not too sure about the rest as my dr is hesitant to prescribe anything until I get my cardiologist to run an echo and holter monitor

@Training_Asst I haven’t tried compression socks as I’m already prehypertension. I hydrate aggressively but my body doesn’t seem to hold onto it and I pee clear constantly. Maybe salt pills will help but again 130/85 resting blood pressure.

@Training_Asst rest would be great but I wake up every 2 hours no matter what. Also have trouble falling asleep. Lately my heart rate has gone up to 150-160 walking and resting 80-90. Really scary stuff.
