Hahah. I guess with dizziness it is about being able to ground yourself (I normally grab onto something that I can put my body weight on without it moving). but vertigo I usually end up on the ground in a ball with a pillow for my head and an ice pack- I keep my eyes closed and work hard on grounding myself.

Taking my time when I'm walking not moving to fast. Laying down and laying still to relax myself. No medications especially steroids to stop dizziness have worked for me. Hope this helps.
