I use liquid iv, it's a powder that you pour into your water. It helps me so much!

Try Body Armour drinks. They help me along with whatever pain med you use. Ultra hydration with extra vitamins can at least ease it some. That and getting enough rest is vital. Also by experience if you notice any allergies with your dizziness you may want to speak to your doctor about getting your ears checked for fluid buildup
