I’m currently “in recovery” but it doesn’t feel like it at all. I’m eating and such again but i still feel so shitty about eating no matter what i try. Does anyone have any tips on how to stop feeling so bad??

    It just takes time and practice. I still feel a huge amount of guilt eating as well and struggle eating outside of my safe foods. You got this ! Try to set a day where you try a new food or eat one of your favorite meals
