Struggling to Eat Without Feeling Sick

i used to be really bad about it, with like a guilty feeling for eating. however, now i don't feel as guilty. though i still get the sick feeling.

I had that issue. I found that eating a handful of something nuts or fruit or carrots. Like ½ cup at least every meal helped wake my system up. But I still have bouts where I go almost all day. If you wanna talk about it more you can DM me!

And like it's out of no where to like I get so annoyed cause of my Ed and my parents don't understand it
