I've relapsed in my eating disorder. I'm feeling frustrated, guilty and ashamed that I've allowed this to happen.

I understand the relapse. It hurt because you made progress and went back. This is from someone who struggles with binge eating and anorexia. I don't think I'm in the clear at all with mine and it's really frustrating. But I'm getting better. Remember progress and healing aren't linear. Be gentle with yourself and you'll get there some day. It might not be today or tomorrow but it will be sometime in the future. I wish you all the absolute best šŸ¤—

Relapses are terrible, especially after a long period of recovery. It's important to realize what caused the relapse and how you can move forward from that. Remember, relapses can be a part of recovery, and it's crucial to be gentle with yourself during this difficult time.
