when you notice how much better you feel with proper fuel and nutrition, it’s the logical thing to your brain to be more content with what you give your body. it takes time to make that mind-body connection, but will only develop with consistency and trust. it’s so hard, but not impossible. you can do it, i believe in you!

Eat foods that will serve your body well. Healthy foods. Stay away from fast foods processed crap it will only make you feel worse and it won’t help you recover. Eat things that have high nutrient value

In my experience it is just a matter of retraining your mind- like when you have thoughts like that while you eat start by acknowledging them, then once that becomes a habit you can start questioning them, and then rejecting them. It’s a lot of hard work and it takes time but if you invest time into it the thoughts and feelings become less frequent and easier to manage-
