I make sure i do one thing each month that is self care, weather that is a facial at home or a pedicure somewhere. I also try to workout as much as i can without overdoing it cuz it makes me feel good. Art i have found to also help relieve some built up feelings. So i would find something that makes you happy and write reminders to do that at least once a month. I hope that helps
