creating schedules and implementing planners and helpful reminders for day to day stuff really helps me in productivity levels,, which then makes me feel better all together. keep your personal area clean ! room, bathroom, yourself, it makes dealing with other stuff easier when you dont have all that on top of it yk

Therapy helps, but I know that’s a huge step. Try focusing on one thing at a time, baby steps: showering everyday or enough, good hygiene, a little exercise, getting sun, journals.

Try to meet friends and to walk daily! I walk in a park for an hour daily and try to do it with company!
