This one is so hard bc depression affects your core everything- but trying to keep a work-life-rest balance. Balance and moderation in food and substances, and with exercise and sleep. Routines and schedules help. Variety helps. Support group and psychiatry helps. Moderating social media intake and gratitude lists affected my depression positively within the first week of implementing the change!

On god its so hard. If i get really low sometimes i go to my best friend or take a day from work, eat shit or just try to go outside. I found that i like to walk along the mini train track at the park, so i do that if i can get up. Sometimes you just gotta do something different for enrichment, do something you know you usually like.
