any ideas on selfcare. I'm so burnt out from work, life, living with PTSD which is like a never ending ghost that continues to haunt me. I've tried working out, tanning and massage and pedicures. it's great that day but the next day I feel the same. I can't keep up with it and stay consistent. I'm struggling to not give in to depression and mentally check out and push every one away.

Journaling always helps me in one way or another, it helps to get my feelings out in words. Sometimes things get worse for me because I can't comprehend or understand my feelings and writing to figure them out really helps

Taking a bath is always a way for me to unwind and relax. When I have the time, space, and materials I like to draw or paint.

It’s so hard to keep up with everything. You are pushing yourself everyday and I’m sure it is wearing you down! Of course there are the classics, like breathing exercises, meditation, journaling. Do you like stickers? This may sound silly but having a journal where you can just put a sticker on that day and not feel pressured to write paragraphs has helped me. It feels like I’ve completed a simple thing but was able to express myself through something quickly :)
