I do at least 15 minutes of some kind of exercise, shower, make sure I've eaten and am hydrated, ask for help (even if the task is small or I feel like I should be able to do it. I take a nap and get some fresh air, (I know it's not for everyone, but...)💨 smoke a J. Cuddle an animal, and make something artistic even if I think it's 💩. And listen to music starting with emo and moving more to sad core and then to something motivational. And journal about it all. I keep a checklist cause at the worst times I can't recall everything to do. But, above all, I try not to shame myself for needing to rest.

Comfort shows, movies and food. Being kind to myself, going out for a walk (i find motivation to do this very impossible but i try to get someone to force me as it does make me feel better) spend some time witj your hobbies

I love to put my head phones on and go for a long walk or drawing. They both help me so much and have for years

I fill my day with things to achieve. Even small things like having a shower or eating something. I ensure they're things I can do. I make sure I eat and shower clean my teeth, txt a friend, listen to uplifting music, watch a funny movie, write a list of things I'm grateful for, what being well would look like, get out in nature
I personally love to put on my favourite playlist and just dance around a little bit, even if that means continuously stopping and laughing at yourself, it surprisingly does really help but don't be discouraged if it doesn't for you!
i like to read! it gives me something to look forward to without much effort
@stormysundays yes! Something to look forward to helps me. Book, show, plans with friends, anything really
