      I recently just went through this, it was so bad that I had to break up with my boyfriend. After a year I couldn’t meet his needs anymore and I became too emotionally unavailable. It’s the worst feeling

      I struggle with intrusive thoughts and OCD traits. Today I saw my fiance had his phone set to not show non-mutual friends, and yea I flipped out a little. It sucks.

        @Mazzyllene I started having thoughts a year ago that I was going to cheat and then it twisted Into falling out of love and now it is thoughts of being against God's will. I feel like I am going insane and going to ruin everything.

          @ashgever I know. It's so painful and confusing! I started working on identifying them and then stopping myself to question them. Like, do you want to cheat? Really.? Or is it just those thoughts acting up? Stuff like that. I'm also a Christian. I go to church online as in person is too much for me to handle.
