Does anyone else play solitaire or similar over and over to squash the anxiety? I need a new way to deal with this!

      I’m a huge mobile game person; I rotate through tons of mindless games any time I feel anxious. I feel like it just gives me something light-hearted to think about and something to do with my hands

      I always loved to read but can't concentrate long enough to get through a book anymore. The app BrainBuzz has been a huge help. Quick games to keep me focused & lots of different categories to keep my interest. I've also found the app Happy Color. It's a coloring app & initially my reaction was coloring on my phone, this is going to be dumb ... but it has been a lifesaver. It's a great to keep my mind distracted & it keeps me engaged. No pressure & oddly satisfying.

      I play games too because sometimes that’s the only way to relax a bit. I have severe anxiety. Are you on any meds to help you? My dr just had to increase my dosage last week.

      I just watch endless t.v. as I hurt if I hold my phone too much.

      I do crossword puzzles and crochet. My anxiety is so bad sonetimes that I just sit with my dog and cry. My husband doesn't really understand and my family says to "shake it off". Can't seem to do that. I try to hid it but it makes it worse. I have a therapist and take meds. Nothing really helps.
