What are some apps that help with anxiety?

Headspace is a really good meditation app that is helping my anxiety.

I use Loóna, the narrator and music are relaxing, and the coloring is a good distraction too

i have an app called therapy it’s a color sorting app, it calms me down when i’m anxious

I love super repetative motion type games that require minimal thinking. My favorite is Flow. Especially the sounds that it makes as well and the colors. Its so simple yet distracting and calming.

I love Finch so much. I also just have so many games on my phone becase games and music are two main destressors for me.
