      I play solitaire with an actual deck of cards. I do crosswords on my phone. I find that both are relaxing distractions from my issues.

      i love solitaire!! sometimes i’ll even play it when i’m having difficult conversations on the phone because it helps me with distress tolerance but i can still listen :)

      Absolutely! Solitare, Sudoku, number matching games (like Numberzilla) are some of my go to "Anxiety Busters" and I'll even play them for a bit to relax before bed lol

        @LilBard ok, I have this monopoly solitare that I've been playing a lot on my phone lately and my parents and grandparents are always like why are you on your phone so much.
