Any good ways to ease anxiety when ur having it bad? I’m planning on quitting my job tomorrow and it’s making me feel so sick and I know I’m not gonna be able to sleep tonight 🥲 I’ve tried some breathing techniques but it’s not helping :/

      I really like doing puzzle games on my phone or vent-drawing. or u could watch a comfort show/start a new one. I've been playing everskies a lot lately and it's a lot of fun!

      Try putting an ice pack or bag of frozen veggies etc on your chest, it sounds weird but it calms down the vagus nerve

      Lowkey this is absurd but thinking about “what can they actually do” really eases my mind. Like if I’m anxious about giving a presentation I think “well the absolute worst than can reasonably happen is someone doesn’t like it. And one out of that whole presentation group is nothing. And I don’t even like that guy anyone he smells weird and is mean”.

      For me, trying not to be anxious never works, so not fighting it may be a good start. There is also a Spotify generated playlist called "Peaceful Meditation" that I absolutely love to play while sleeping. There are also videos of tapping pressure points for anxiety that feels really good.
