recently I've been struggling more with my mental health, I've been really stressed lately due to work and I've been struggling to sleep. I just really wish I could actually talk about my feelings to a professional as I bottle everything up. I'm on a waiting list for it, and have been for a year and a half now. it's getting frustrating as I take it out on myself and am just in this awful wait period. I want to get help because I don't wanna lose to myself again. I try using samiratns but they don't really help me work through my issues. It makes me very frustrated.

And I am sorry to hear that you are having to wait and the outlet you have frustrates you!! I am serious if you need to talk I am a judgement free person and we can talk about anything if you don't wanna talk about your anxiety or what makes you anxious .. we can talk about puppies or the moon...
