Bubble bath for sure, I can lock the door and not be bothered and just relax

Rage clean or pray. Sometimes rage clean while I pray. I also paint and that’s been a release for me.

Sometimes being productive in a task that doesn’t require a lot of thought helps me to feel like I was able to unwind while also taking a task off my plate. Mowing or weeding is very nice

My favorite way to destress is to watch a show or movie, draw, read, or listen to music. I find any of those relaxing but it depends on how I feel and what I can focus on that day with my ADHD.

I watch one of my favorite comedians on Netflix, like Fortune Feimster. I like her type of comedy. Or I listen to Buddhist chanting on YouTube
