Support for Single Parents with ADHD

I'm not diagnosed but I've known for a long time that I have ADHD. I'm a single mom of an 18yo and a 9yo. I've never had to live on my own before and I'm ~9 months in. Everything is overwhelming to me. I don't drive due to anxiety so things that we need get held off... Which makes me forget. (Ive needed a new mop since we moved in. You'd think that I'd remember because it's kind of important but... Nope!) ✋ Paperwork (for DSS type assistance) sends me reeling. Yesterday, I sat at the table and cried for an hour before my kids got home from school because I just want to finish this packet for recertification and it's SO overwhelming. I can't concentrate on the damn thing and they need sooooo much information. Organization is hard. Taking care of kids is hard. I forget appointments. I forget bills. I forget if I've locked the damn door and worry ALL DAY about it. Keeping on top of my youngest so they have everything for school is a gigantic pain. So many things I could say here! I didn't mean to rant... Just telling you in a long winded way that I feel you ❤️
