Those with ADHD- have you ever just been overwhelmed with emotions? I’m a SAHM. I can’t keep my focus on anything but the past and how angry/sad things that have been said/done to me make me. Is this ADHD or something else?

Check on Borderline Personality Disorder as well. That's where a lot of my anger/sadness comes from.

i have adhd and definitely struggle w this! but are u in any form of therapy? it might help u process those things from ur past
