Struggling with Mental Health as a Single Mom

As someone who has mental health issues and works in mental health, my suggestion, is to go to your regular provider, get a referral to a prescriber and someone who can help diagnose you if you don't know what is going on in particular mentally. From there they can help you pinpoint the best treatment plan.

I'm a single mom as well with a list of mental illnesses. I think the biggest asset to me is mommy time. Just time to myself. I can then decompress and destress. I don't know your situation, but maybe that would help. I struggle a lot with feeling overwhelmed.

I am in the same boat. Im so sorry! I started with online therapy and meds, from there was assigned a case manager. To be honest my case manager literally does nothing except give me a ride when Im not too anxious to leave the house which is never. I'm feeling very alone and hopeless. Maybe where you're at has better mental health services?? Hopefully
