Confused about Love: Can't Feel It, Can't Find It

I think love itself has different levels but also how to love somebody emotional also plays a big apart as I recently learnt. But I think sometimes a certain family member will have a bond between your souls and have that instant connection that you will always share or feel comfortable around. I hope this helps or makes sense in a way. 🙂

I absolutely get what you mean. I think when you're mentally ill and traumatized it's hard to exactly know what love is because the only descriptions of it are from people who don't struggle with those things. I'm either too distant or too obsessed or confused on what I'm supposed to be doing or I don't relate to the butterflies feeling or I don't enjoy the feelings or whatever. All complicated stuff. I've been working on redefining what it means to me without focusing on all the stuff that people kept telling me was love which didn't compute.
